Refund Policy

Payments are made in stablecoins; refunds are likewise made in stablecoin to an address you provide. Card chargebacks do not exist in this payment rail.

• If we cannot grant access you paid for, you receive a full refund of the amount actually received.
• Refund requests within [X] days of payment for unused access are honoured at our discretion and processed manually within [Y] business days.
• Underpayments are reconciled manually: top up the difference or request a refund of the received amount. Overpayments are refunded in full for the difference.
• Expired quotes and late payments: if your payment arrived after the 24-hour quote window, verification is at our discretion and your access begins from the verification date, not the quote date.
• Abuse of the refund process may lead to refusal of future service.
